Return & Refund

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Shipping/Return

For HONES SERENITY brand clothing sent, the return address is indicated in its packaging.

For other products, you must send it to the following postal address: 10 rue frederic mistral, saint-chamas, Bouches-du-Rhône, 13250, France.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited, within a few days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at support@honesserenity.com. and send your item to 10 rue frederic mistral, 13250 saint-chamas, France
