Return and Refund Policy

Duration of the Policy
Our policy is valid for 14 days after delivery . After this time, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Not used.
  • In the same condition as you received it.
  • Keep its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
Please note: Do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refund Cases (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not related to our error.
  • If the item is returned more than 14 days after delivery .

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. This email will inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.

If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically made via the original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. First, double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time to process your refund.
  3. Contact your bank. Bank processing times may delay the refund from being posted.

Promotional or Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@honesserenity.com and return the item to the following address:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to that person.

For HONES SERENITY brand clothing, the specific return address is indicated in the product packaging.

Return Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. In case of refund, the cost of shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Exchange Deadline
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive an exchanged product may vary.

Recommendation for High Value Items
If you are returning an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for your shipment. We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
